Our Story
Why Luxe Listing Lift exists.
We started Luxe Listing Lift because we saw beautiful homes across the DFW market leave money on the table — not because of the market, but because of the condition of the home itself. Dated kitchens, tired bathrooms, worn flooring, scuffed walls, and deferred repairs that quietly cost sellers tens of thousands at the closing table.
Our focus is renovation — strategic, pre-listing improvements to the actual home. Paint, flooring, lighting, kitchen and bath refreshes, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, drywall, trim, exterior touch-ups, landscaping, and full punch-list repairs. We invest in the upgrades that meaningfully move appraised value and buyer demand.
We work across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with a vetted network of licensed contractors, painters, flooring crews, electricians, plumbers, and handymen — managed end-to-end by our team. And because we operate on a pay-at-closing model, sellers and agents get true renovation work done with zero out-of-pocket cost.

Brittany Stewart is the Co-Founder of Luxe Lifting Lift and a highly experienced real estate professional who began her real estate career in 2004 and brought her expertise to the Dallas-Fort Worth market in 2014. As the CEO of The Luxe Realty Group, Brittany has built a strong reputation for luxury listings, strategic marketing, skilled negotiations, relocations, new construction, and client-focused representation. Her deep understanding of real estate, market positioning, and property value gives Luxe Lifting Lift a strong foundation rooted in strategy, professionalism, and results-driven leadership.
